Beautiful hotel very well appointed with great facilities. Love the proximity to Stratford. Golf course looks great (didn't have the time to play unfortunately and the spa facilities look great also. Hope to try both when we return soon.
There wasn't anything I didn't like but I would just like to mention: - 1. Electric car charging points would be a bonus 2. A dinner menu with a little more choice would be a good move.

Impeccably clean spot, friendly staff working there. Check-in process was a breeze, and they've got parking available right here. Bonus points for the pool with a Jacuzzi and a sauna as well! 🏊♂️

Truly enjoyed our well-equipped and beautifully decorated rooms in this place.
The hotel was set in a central area right by have a look in, a nice nature reserve and theatre in Stratford. Also, an award winning museum was 2 miles away from the property. Our food for continental breakfast was outstanding and all the staff were exceptionally attentive and very diligent.

The bar staff were good
Christmas dinner wasn’t the best AT all, Not what I was expecting from coming to this hotel, everything from spouts, hard potatoes, pudding was a cheap toffee cake, not what we ordered. You let yourselves down I’m afraid.

Location good, staff helpful, beautiful manicured grounds.
4 star hotels should have cloths on the breakfast table, and not be serving tea and coffee in mugs. The building and bedrooms are in definite need of tlc !

The hotel's setting was central. The staff were caring and helpful people from check-in to check-out. The area was gorgeous, a short walk to beautiful gardens. Quick efficient breakfast. The bed was lovely. Roll-in showers in the private bathroom were a plus.

We had a relaxing stay on this last visit.
The hotel was perfectly clean with free Wi-Fi. We were moved to an apartment and had a kitchen, three windows and an iron👍

Very lovely overall experience. The place is exquisite and has unbeatable location in an idyllic location. Very comfy beds in our apartment. Great service throughout stay. It also has very good internet and free parking.
